Week 5 weigh in: Treading Water or The Peyton Manning watch begins


We had a large challenge this week.  Both Shawn and I attended the same Super Bowl party on Sunday evening.  As, usual, it was a great time, with great people, and great food.  Sadly, our heroes were too focused on their goals to partake in many of the Super Bowl treats, but there was a nice veggie tray thanks to Shawn.  I brought a giant platter of Brown Sugar Smokies (aka Crack).  It was a dirty trick, but Shawn didn't take the bait.

Now that the Super Bowl has come and gone, the real grind of this competition will set in.  Now there should be no excuses.  Time to buckle down and shed some lbs.

On a side note, I'd like to announce a bit of an upset.  Morning Coffee has finally overtaken Michelob Ultra as my most consumed item during this contest...this is either awesome or terrible depending on how you look at it.

On to the yawn...err....results!
