Week 9 weigh in: Time to kick Shawn in the ass


Okay, I was apparently TOO gentle last week.  I have been warned about being a "dick" in the past during competitions.  I know...you are all shocked to hear this.  But I believe this is deserved and possibly needed.  I want you all to know this is meant in the most encouraging tone possible.

SHAWN!  WHAT THE FUCK!

I'm not going to let you slack off in this challenge.  If you don't succeed, WE don't succeed.  Week 9 is a tough place, it's like no man's land.  You've lost a lot of weight and you start fitting into clothes that have been "unavailable" for a long time.  Believe me, I have experienced this as well.  We cannot become complacent at this time.  Just because we fit into some stuff, doesn't mean we have met our goals.  We are just barely half way home.

Time to buckle down and have a good week.  I think you can get under 130 this week.  I KNOW you can get under 130 this week.  It's up to you to make it happen.  If I need to come over and drag you outside for a run, then that is what I will do.
